Carton Flow Rack-HanYoung VietNam

Vinarack and HanYoung Vietnam have commissioned and put into use the Carton Flow Rack, Selective Rack system of the shelf of raw material warehouse on 15/02/2012.

Carton Flow Racking system  is often used in cargo centers, multi-purpose storage centers ... there are many categories but the number of goods is not much or goods export/import according to the principle of "First in - First out"/FIFO.

Carton Flow Racking system works as follows: Automatic loading or unloading boxes or trays should take advantage of the gaps, goods will be export/import continuously according to the principle of First in - First out. Cargo boxes or trays will be placed on sloping rollers and slid off the rollers. When taking out a container or tray, the next container or tray will automatically fill in the space with the addition of the other end. Movement speed is controlled by deceleration devices.

Specification of Carton Flow Racking:
- This solution is often applied in warehouses with many types of goods such as spare parts, food, pharmaceuticals ...;
- Suitable in dry warehouse or cool storage;
- Increasing the efficiency of selecting goods on the principle of "First in - First out"/FIFO;
- No need to use forklifts.

The Carton Flow Rack system of Han Young Vietnam is designed by Vinarack in the form of industrial storage racks, the whole shelf system is powder coated according to European standards.

The work was checked and handed over and put into use on schedule, meeting the following specifications requirements:
- Carton Flow Racking system.
- 6-storey high shelf.
- There is an automatic sliding roller design.
- Shelf height is: 2500mm x Length 15000mm x 2000mm width: 10 rows.
- Load 1000kg/floor.
